Hot Yoga 60
Classes consist of a fixed sequence of 26 postures, practiced in a room heated to 105F (41C) with a humidity of 40%, intended to replicate the climate of India. The room is fitted with carpets, and the walls are covered in mirrors. The instructor may adjust the students' yoga postures.

Sound Bath Meditation
This innovative class blends guided meditation with a calming sound bath experience to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect. Through mindfulness and healing sound vibrations, you’ll build focus, reduce stress, and leave feeling grounded and refreshed.

Power Yoga
A fast paced style of yoga which focuses on building strength and stamina. Provides both physical and mental wellness!
Barre
Tone, strengthen and elongate your muscles with small, controlled exercises with elements of yoga, Pilates, ballet, sculpting and core strengthening in every class!

Pilates
The popular mat workout developed by Joseph Pilates concentrating on core strength, body alignment and long, lean muscles without adding bulk.

Yoga
An experience that links breath and movement in between postures focusing on bringing harmony between mind and body. Each instructor may bring a different unique style to the class.

POP Pilates
With Top 40 music, this Pilates stye workout challenges you to rhythmically flow from one exercise to the next, developing a rock-solid core!

Pilates Drip
Pilates Drip is a Pilates-inspired strength workout focused on core activation, stability, and slow muscle-burning movement. Low impact, high control, and a burn you’ll feel long after class.

Gentle Yoga
A gentler, more restorative style yoga class focusing on mindfulness, meditation, and a series of slower paced poses with positions held for longer time periods.

Yoga Sculpt
Light hand weight exercises will be mixed in with many traditional yoga poses, beautifully bringing together the two worlds of strength and mind/body.
